Morning or Night Sessions?

Do you perform better playing poker in the morning when you're fresh, or late at night when the games might be softer?

Some people concentrate better in the morning, when their brains are fresh and rested, while others prefer to play in the evening, finding solitude.To choose the optimal time, try different periods of the day and compare their impact on your game.

Some players swear by morning sessions: fresh spirit, less fatigue and often easier fields with amateur players. Others thrive in the evening: bigger fields, more action and that nocturnal concentration, once distractions are gone.
For me, it depends on energy and state of mind:
Morning work = discipline + consistency.
Night work = adrenaline + more volume.

I'm a night owl..... seems so weird playing poker at breakfast or lunchtime,

got a whole evening and night with no games 🤢,
