Different hands and different situations, because in general we all have different days
In general, I try to play with good strong cards and take risks only when I know my opponent well and can predict his actions. I don't have any statistics about certain hands, but as I said, I prefer strong hands.

Players who play with junk and take risks where there is no need to take risks usually do not have consistently good results. I prefer stability and therefore try to play with good, strong cards. For me, junk is junk anyway, and there's no point in talking about which pile of junk is better or worse

I have to say though, I tend to agree and disagree with you. Yes, junk is junk. The 10-3 or 8-2 type hands are the vast majority of time going to get you in trouble. However, so is the super strong hand like AKo when it doesn’t hit.
When I say I’m playing a wider range, that’s quite a bit different from junk. I’m talking 8-6s or something similar, when the position and sizing is right.

The thing is… you’ve done the hard part by recognising it… but it can still be so hard to discipline yourself and break habits 😂. I feel you.

AJ or AQ has left me in a lot of trouble, usually when I have those hands I accept big bets and I usually don't get much right on the flop, or also lately every time I go all in I'm dominated by a KK or AK and as expected I lose
