My favourite was Doyle Brunson after reading his book and hearing about all of his experiences. He spanned so many eras of poker and always seemed like such a class act. I highly recommend reading his biography "The Godfather of Poker".

I think when it comes to discussing the greatest, you have to combine intangible factors with results. When it comes to things like live reading, which I think may be one of the most integral parts of the game, I have to give credit to the bearded brother, Daniel, simply because I've seen him do so many cool things over the years in this regard, and his results speak for themselves.
