Valium half life is between 36 and 100 hours, so whatever your metabolism determines, in that time, the concentration would be half of what it was at it's peak. Another half life, it is one fourth of the original level, etc.

I would say you would probably be safe in 3-4 days.

Once, my mother who grew up in the 1950's tried to dance the Twist or something when I played one of my Bachman Turner Overdrive records. If one of my friends had seen that I would have been mortified. As it was I just wanted to hurl.

Most new music sucks imo.Classic Rock\Country is where it's at.Since i'm pretty sure none of yall listen to Country,what about groups like,,
The Eagles(new avatar FTW),REO Speed Wagon,Journey,Bad Company,Zeppelin,ACDC,Skynyrd ,and so worth.

I'm 22 and I'd say 1/3 of what I listen to regularly is stuff that I listened to as a kid with my dad in the car, I really enjoy listening to it.

Just to name a few he introduced me to :

The eagles, ACDC, Paul Simon, Gerry Rafferty, Jackson Browne, wishbone ash, fleetwood mac, Rod stewart, Don Mclean, the Beatles, bee gees.

Whats funny is that I generally prefer new music with the sole exception of when I'm driving, 70's music just kicks ass when you're on the road
