I like a call, he will have a queen sometimes but most of the time it wouldn't be played that way. You have fifteen outs twice against a pocket pair, plus you could even be ahead of a worse flush draw.

Also I'm not sure I like going for the check/raise, it'd be great if we didn't have the initiative, but if the turn bricks we lose a ton of equity, and even if we do hit we aren't extremely likely to get paid off. So I go for the bet/call here, and I expect to take it down pretty often without a showdown.

People on this forum must get scared when they post solid advice about not posting before the BB because you get bad cards and we try to inform them of actual reasons why its bad. They then fail to get there heads around it and post some of these :boxing: whilst wishing us good luck at the tables.

I dunno if we appear like geeks, degens or aliens to them.

QFT, at my last job we had the most air headed bubble brained blonde that worked there that knew nothing about basketball ( I don't either) and she just kinda picked without even thinking and ended up winning the whole pool.
