Choosing the right table to play?

How do you guys choose the right table to play cash games?

What are you looking for when you view the games with places available?

I Look for the following:
Amount, Type( limit,fixed...etc), average pot,(prefer loose tables) and hands per hour( kinda rates donk factor). also, if available to find out where players are from...seems players from certain areas of the globe play similar???
