I often have a hard time when opponents bet 75-100 or 150% pot right on the flop. Is there a way to identify the opponent's card if the flop is very clear and consists of only one pair or one barrel? Or is the opponent just pretending to have triangles?

That's the beauty of poker. You won't know for sure, but their past behaviour and position at the table will give you some hints.
