The CC 30-day course was mainly created by Collin Moshman, who is a SnG expert, so that is not a bad place to begin. You can also look for other training videos made by him both free on YouTube and on paid training sites. He has several videos on Poker Tournament Edge. That site is no longer updated with new content, but maybe its worth paying for a month of subscription to dig through some of the old content.

As for other free SnG videos on YouTube, there are not that many, and several of them are advocating a somewhat outdated "tight is always right" style, which is also true for videos made by Collin Moshman 15 years ago. The reason for this is presumably, that people, who played SnGs professionally, did it several years ago, when the games had no antes and were significantly softer, than they are today.

Not as many as before, but they are still running on some sites. I currently play them on ACR Poker, and last week I actually made it onto the weekly leaderboard for the first time without even chasing after it. This meant an unexpected $50 into my account, which was a pretty nice extra benefit :)

Dont know the exact numbers, but something like 15-20 games per day on average and mostly $6 and $10 games. With 10% rake (5% for hypers), it amounts to at least 50% in rakeback in top of the regular rakeback.

Just for information I also made it unto the leaderboard last week. And I expect, that this will be the case pretty much every week from now on, if I continue to play most of my SnGs on ACR Poker. Its not that hard to earn $50 per week from the leaderboard as a part time player grinding $6 and $10 games. The next level is $125, which will require either higher stakes or full time play.

In addition to the training advice given already.

You should find a few sites with good play money schemes. Practice playing SnGos using play money to sharpen your skills for free.

Replaypoker does SnGos.

pokerstars has a good competitive player base for their play money SnGos. Collect 15K play money chips every four hours and you'll have plenty to play their SnGos.

Just for information, you do realize that this is an Unregulated site! Your money is at risk! Only real gamblers would go and wade into those murky waters.
Dude.. that is naughty!

I think first at all you must look every video on YouTube and try to understand what they demonstrate, and then work with couch
