In poker, concentration, attentiveness, and self-control are some of the most important qualities.
I’ve heard from many people that meditation can help improve these skills.

Are there any players here who have been meditating consistently for a long time and noticed real results?
Please share your experience and opinions — does meditation truly help with mental improvement and performance at the tables?

In life, everything is connected - progress in one area always supports growth in another — every skill we develop strengthens the rest.
So if I discover that meditation can genuinely help me become stronger, I definitely won’t ignore it.

I did not engage in meditation, I suppose it can only partially affect the results in poker, but not so significantly.

To be honest, I have never tried meditating in my life. I don't think it's good or bad, since I didn't do it. I live at too high a daily pace, constantly thinking about where to make money on the Internet, so I don't have time for meditation. But I think, in theory, it can help you become more attentive at the poker table. ;)

I watched training videos about poker, and many strong regulars recommend starting a daily рracticing meditation along with studying...meditation helps you understand yourself, your feelings, and recognize them without being influenced by them. Every day, a poker player experiences many negative emotions, for example. Tension, fatigue, boredom, Pressure, anger, panic, desire for revenge, desire to win back, unwillingness to let go of the game and rest after a 9-hour session, When we are on an upstrick, we become arrogant and proud and think that we are invincible and do Childish mistakes,then We regret that we acted rashly. all this is harmful to both the win rate and health. In short, meditation gives the function of being attentive not only externally but also internally, and all this will undoubtedly help to make fewer mistakes and make more effective decisions.I'll definitely start meditating,And God willing, maybe I'll even open my third eye )

Yoga was not just movement, but a descent into self.Succes!

What does it mean when I felt part of my body sink into the ground?
I'm currently experiencing existential and general health issues, and I think now is the time to dive into it.

I believe in this too, but to reach this level you need to go forward for years without stopping, and it will be very difficult.
