Surely brother, here is something that seems fundamental to me in poker, which is the mental game behind it and the everyday thing that is the loss in the life of a poker player and you have to know how to manage the frustration it generates, this guide on mental poker will help you a lot to cope with that. Poker takes away and poker gives, you have to know that. It's called the “mental game of poker” you can find it on the internet in pdf

Thank you very much, I will research and see if I improve my tactics and my way of playing and then I will return here to share with you!

Your first goal is not to win big, but to avoid making big mistakes(Play fewer hands, but play good ones. Don’t be afraid to fold: folding is a skill, not a weakness. When you enter a hand, enter by raising, not by calling. Choose your starting hands carefully. Play more hands when you act last. Never play with money you can’t afford to lose. Poker is a game of correct decisions, not immediate results.)

I guess you're asking which hands to play, right? There is plenty of charts at the internet covering which hands to play from which position. You can start with that and when you get some experience you can make some adjustments to make them fit your style of play.

Welcome to poker 🙂
As a beginner, the most useful thing is to keep it simple at first.

A great starting point is preflop hand charts – they show which hands to play from each position. You don’t need to memorize everything, just use them as a guide. This alone helps you avoid a lot of beginner mistakes.

CardsChat also has a 30-day poker training program for beginners, which is very well structured and easy to follow step by step. It covers starting hands, position, basic strategy, and mindset. I’d definitely recommend checking that out.

Try to focus more on not losing big pots than on trying to win big ones. Folding is normal and part of the game. Position matters a lot: play tighter early, looser when you’re last to act.

Don’t worry about fancy moves yet. Solid basics + patience will already put you ahead of many players at the lower levels.

Good luck at the tables 👍

GTO WIZARD has a free version- they have preflop charts for MTT and Cash. They let you study 1 hand a day all the way to the river-they have great youtube videos.

This cardschat has a 30 day course take that and get The WIZ and you will jump way ahead of most people starting out

Welcome to poker! 👋
If you’re just starting out, here’s a simple, beginner-friendly roadmap that really helps:
Learn the basics first: hand rankings, positions, blinds, and betting rules.
Play tight-aggressive: fewer hands, but play them confidently.
Position matters a lot: play more hands on the button, fewer out of position.
Focus on value betting, don’t bluff too much at the beginning.
Manage your bankroll: only play stakes you can comfortably afford.
Review hands after sessions, not during play.
Free YouTube content, beginner articles, and low-stakes games are perfect for learning without pressure.
Most important: be patient and enjoy the process. Everyone starts somewhere. ♠️
