Many have recently considered the Q-8 Rule the pinnacle of poker strategies and it has garnered much respect amongst the scene.

Unfortunately I have bad news which has been evident for while...

Negating half of your potentials to win while hedging your bets with higher cards is really losing half of your good potentials for a clean win.

I already here the wild accusations of Fish and other sorts of animals being hurled my way. Well bring them on.

If you understand what potential is I.e. straight potential, flush potential and full house potential you might not be too quick to negate half of your viable wins.

I won't say too much yet as this amateur stack needs to grow but for the savvy customers I've probably said enough. I'll see you on the tables

Thank you for the very very valuable strategy advice. I will now start to include cards in my range that are lower than an eight and soon i will print with straights, flushes and full Houses, just as you do.

See you at the tables and I keep 'em coming 😀🤠🌞

While any two cards have potential- poker is about the math of that potential ie if the hand returns 25% that means you lose 75% of the time not a great idea to chase the 25% - luckily gtowiz and equilab can help you figure out what the potential of the hands are below-I assume you mean Q8off- vs other players in all positions.

Could you please elaborate a little more about the "strategy" that is the pinnacle of strategies?
