You are bound to be nervous, but don’t worry about it.
Try and go back to basics, maybe even try not to play a hand for a couple of orbits to get a feel for it, I recently started playing live and it’s tricky following how the big blind ante works at first etc…..but you get used to it! 😀
Finally I’d say for your first time there, simply don’t bluff at all. Only play your good cards and holdings for value. The average player will not like to fold a decent holding, the reality is I don’t actually expect you never to bluff, but thinking not to, helps you to only bluff in very good spots, or against the correct player who can actually fold.

You will be fine, just don't splash your chips and really try to do things the same way every hand.
Another very important thing to do is really pay attention to players when you are not in the hand. I remember not being used to this because I was used to multi-tabling online.

I played 1/3nl and did the standard 100bb buy-in. Unfortunately today was match the "large stack" day so everyone else had between 300 and 400bb stacks. Now I understand what they mean by a "deep" game. I had to play a lot tighter than normal which was probably good for a 1st time playing at a casino.
The other players and dealers were great and helped when I had questions or screwed up. I had a great day and won $70!

Don't be anxious and don't show what you have in your hands, observe your opponents how they play and also their hands, most of the time some players demonstrate it through hand gestures, some also have some type of nervous tic, don't push your luck, success and good luck, as already mentioned, tell us about your experience, my first time I didn't win but I learned a lot, good luck
