I never act instantly, unless my decision is to fold or to call on the river closing the action. In all other situations I want my opponents to think, I was at least considering a different option than the one, I took.

That's a good way to play. Just don't do that when folding / calling shoves / checking back or calling the river, it just wastes time in the spots tells are no longer a thing. Also I personally don't do them in weak four-way+ pots because just nobody will pay attention, and kinda wastes the time too.

I’ll occasionally take a few extra seconds, even on easy decisions, just to avoid giving away timing tells — especially when I’m playing against observant opponents. It’s a simple way to stay balanced and unpredictable, which I think is really important in online games.
It’s not about wasting time, but about protecting my range and rhythm, so opponents can’t figure out my hand strength just from how fast I act.

Unless near or on the bubble no. I typically take about the same amount of time between almost every decision. I can't think of any more confusing then taking the same amount of time no matter the decision. I've had players ask me chat if I was bot lol.

Delaying and using your time clock when approaching the bubble to sneak into the money is fine but the number of people who use it when in HAND FOR HAND mode are just wasting it unless they are trying to take the game to next level and make someone all in.

I only use timing when I need to stall — for example, when we’re 50–100 players away from the money and I’m card-dead.
In that case, I just try to survive and sneak into the prizes.
But during regular play, I don’t think timing tells me much or gives any real advantage

I like to always use the same times to think about my action, it seems to me that other people will have more difficulty reading my hand, besides that I feel that they bet less on me out of fear or because they think I'm trying to hide the value of my hand

I'll mix in some pauses, nothing ridiculous. I like it a little better if I'm opening in early position, because, to makes players later plan to fold before it gets to them. This is especially true in Zoom/Blitz/FastFold type games.

A lot of interesting thoughts about mixing timing tells... I 'll share with you one of the best vids I've watched about timing tells. with cientific database on it. If you are curios enought to know more about what i'm saying take a look into this vid.
There's some weird situations, where for exemple, I did the reading, and let's say for example I have an full house, and i'm pretty sure opponet was paying for the flush draw, and the flush draw hit's there that river... Either i'm OOP or IP i'll INSTA jam into him, in this specifi cenario speciallu againts weaker oppponents to not give them 'the right time' to think and just call with de flush. Against exccelent regulars I dont recomend it, but it is pretty simple, you know your opponent wont fold, so just insta jam to let their thought process worse...
Or sometimes, when U're playing a hand for bluff for exemple, u don't want to take a lot of time to your opponent thinks that u're bluffing. You can mixed that when you have value hands, use your time, let your opponent brain fry into the thinking "hes thinking about bluffing" and because the timing you spent you confuse them...
But generic advice, always take at least 2 - 3 seconds before each play, and always mix your timing tells with regs to confuse them o/
