On live you can see expressions, but online, how can you see the opponent's patterns without visual tells?

10 Super-Common Online Tells

  1. Snap call flop → fold turn = weak pair / draw
  2. Check-turn, check river → showdown-bound hand
  3. Min-bet river → almost always weak
  4. Tiny 3-bet preflop = KK/AA (live players do this often online too)
  5. Sudden huge river bet = nuts or nothing
  6. Check-raise flop instantly = strong (for recs)
  7. Delayed turn c-bet = medium strength (showdown)
  8. Small turn bet after big flop bet = lost confidence
  9. Taking entire timebank → often weak disguised as strong
  10. Calling 3 streets quickly = top pair, no better

Online, you notice the size of the bet and the way the player is playing, whether he is playing many hands or just a few, and also whether the player is more aggressive or passive. There are several factors that you can analyze online.

I find it quit difficult to read the player online and what's even more hard is that most of the time players change there strategy making it almost impossible to discern if you have a good hand or not.

Yes but you still have to know and have a history with the player to know what the tells are telling you about the current hand. Anbu210 list is above is good for weak/terrible players. Any player that's even half decent, has been around and has experience will really mess with that list and do things different from that list. Also any decent player will take the same amount of time on each hand no matter what they have.

Cheers!!!
