Everyone has down streaks, but I noticed that they are different.

I was able to identify the following types of down streaks:
1. bad cards
2. the cards are good, but there are never strong combinations
3. the cards are good, strong combinations are made, but at the same time, the opponents have nothing good.
4. the cards are good, strong combinations are made, but at the same time, the cards of the opponents are slightly better.

Have you ever noticed something similar in your game?

#1 is mostly an issue with low volume play. If you're playing one MTT or one cash game, you're going to notice this one a lot

#2 this one will also show up with low volume and being impatient in general

#3 and #4 these ones are the real down streaks, with no action or too much action at the wrong time

I most often come across down streaks due to bad hands.

These are basically 4 different parts of luck or variance, but unfortunately its not like, they are separated from each other. Its entirely possible to both be card dead (1) and then not get any action, when we finally pick up a big hand (3). Or even worse get coolered (4). In general coolers create the most variance, since they are often for an entire stack at a time. Like when we run QQ into KK, run a flush into a better flush, run an overpair into a set on a dry board and so on and so forth.
