My poker tracker 4 stopped working in MTTs at 888poker, it only appears in cash games.

Good morning everyone, for some time now, player statistics haven't been showing up at 888poker MTT tables. However, when I play cash games, the statistics appear normally.

I noticed that 888poker has added its own player statistics to the site, but does anyone know if Poker Tracker 4 statistics are no longer allowed in MTTs at 888poker?

I suggest you write 888 concerning this.
Since it works fine for cashgames it's possible that they restricted functionality and isn't available for Mtts anymore.

Better write to support of PokerTracker. If you can confirm this by a screenshot.

There is a PT4 support thread here on CC. They have helped me before. OP should not contact 888 Support, since its not their software.

Enable logging, restart PT4, reproduce the issue, then create a support bundle via "File" > "Create Support Bundle" and attach it to a support ticket on PokerTracker's support site.
