Does Holdem Manager 1 Work For Pacific Poker?

Im trying to set it up for pacific poker and it doesn't work at all. Does that mean Holdem manager 1 doesn't work for pacific poker and you need version 2? I never upgraded b/c i like HEM 1.

They changed their hand histories recently and removed the file extensions. From the feedback I have seen from other customers this recent HM1 update after we fixed the issue in HM2 is working with the new pacific files.

p.s. HM1 end of life is rapidly approaching and soon we will no longer release updates or answer support questions related to HM1, but an official date has not yet been announced.
