I prefer not to smoke while playing anything.. 7 years no nicotine best decision I’ve ever made.

I don't smoke anymore, I quit.
But before, when I smoked, and I smoked for more than 20 years, I always smoked more when I played poker.
Quit smoking, find the strength to do it while you can make this decision for yourself, so that someone else doesn't make it for you.

I was really surprised that the body does not require you to supply nicotine, it does not need it, as funny as it sounds, the body requires repetition of the same action. I smoke too, unfortunately. But I smoke only during 5-minute breaks and I always go out on the balcony to do it. At home, in the apartment, I don't smoke, because the room smells like an ashtray from cigarette smoke.

About traditional cigarettes, i was quitted a few years ago, but i remember times when i smoke during the game...

It all depends on the mood. Sometimes I want to smoke more, sometimes less, on different days. But in my case, poker does not affect the number of cigarettes I smoke. I think the weather has a bigger impact than poker

I quit smoking about 15 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I'm especially against smoking while playing because it's not only bad for your health, but it's also distracting.
