Scenario:
We are in the River of a tournament (MTT). The pot has 50 big blinds (BBs). Your stack (your chips) is 75 BBs and your opponent's is 150 BBs.
You have a weak Flush and your opponent goes All-in (bet all the remaining chips). That means you have to pay an additional 25 BBs to see his hand.
The payjump (the jump in pay) to the next prize level is worth $500, and you're in 12th place, with 15 players left. If you fold (give up the hand), you still have a playable stack.
The Question:
Do you give CALL (pay) or FOLD (give up)?

To answer this question you need to provude several key pieces of info:
- How did the hand build to the river? Positions, how weak is my flush, what's the board, etc
- What tendencies have we picked up from the villain thus far?
- Are we currently in the money or not?

If that can be detailed, sensible answers could be given; otherwise you're going to get a lot of answers w/ qualifying comments....

As CRStals say, its better to post an actual hand history in the hand history section. If its a live hand, and you dont remember all the details, then at least give as much information as possible. The information presented here is not even consistent, since it claim, that Hero started the hand with 75BB and now only has 25BB left. But the pot is said to be 50BB, which is impossible, because then nobody exept Hero would have put chips into the pot.
Also what exactly is a "weak flush"? If we have on , then our flopped set got counterfeited, and now we essentially just have a bluff catcher. So unless we think, the opponent is bluffing to much, its reasonable to fold to a decent sized river bet and live to fight another day.
If we have on , then we lose not only to better flushes but also to full houses, and if the opponent was the preflop raiser, he can have a lot of those in his range. So this is another situation, where we might fold. But we do need to consider the previous action, and what we know about the opponent. And if he would bet a straight or 3 of a kind for value, then we still need to call.

Finally if we have on , we only lose to better flushes, and with both spoken for, there are not that many combos of those, our opponent can have, especially if he opened from early position. Its also pretty likely, he might have a straight and bet it for value, especially if he only bet half pot (25BB into 50BB). So here we pretty much always have to call, and if we get shown , its just a cooler.

in doubt always fold to live another day.

There are many unknown details. But I would be more inclined to make a call, as fortune favors the bold .....

Generally though, I’m probably calling because if I get there with a weak flush that means I got what I wanted, I mean why else would I be in this hand in the first place. This is the problem when we play small suited connectors and we hit our flush.
