I think it’s hard to fold this hand preflop for villain is 3-betting 15% of times from BU. 4-betting seems an option but personally I don’t like to 4-bet with pocket pairs, only QQ+, even JJ is a weak hand to 4-bet because if villain comes over the top with a 5-bet/push we are in trouble. 
I think your preflop and flop action was fine, both. On the turn we must continue paying in hope of floating the opponent on the river, for that we must have a better board configuration that will be good for us. If we got a runner-runner flush, a gutshot, anything that could improve our equity we could be thinking about check-raising turn or check-calling turn with the idea of jamming the river, either if we had hit or not. 
Not this doubled 6 on the turn doesn’t improve our hand, and on top of that villain has all the AT, KT, QT, JT, AQ, KQ, QJ and TT+ and we own none of these combos:
Of course that with a 3-bet percentage of 15% players we must expect other hands in his range, but we are beating AJ, KJ, busted Ax for villain has no flush draws.
