Anything else may win, but qualifies as a risky play... so Chucks statement about 4 good outs is right... in HoldEm you wouldn't generally expect the other player to have a better flush than you when 3 to a suit hit, but it's very common for a player to make a flush. Firstly, 36 out of 44 unknown cards are held by players - so any given card is over 80% likely to have been dealt to a player. Therefore it's likely that at least 3 of the 4 higher clubs were dealt to other players, and a fairly high chance that one of them will have paired that club. With the AX suited, a lot of players will see a flop with it, and suited Kings and Queens would see a flop if the other cards are suitably high, or if low cards are dealt - so quite often a 10-high flush will be dominated by 1 or more other hands.
