Personally I can't see how anyone can enjoy playing poker for a living and I'm likely part of the low % of people who could have if that was the path I choose 20+ years ago. It wasn't for many reasons none were because I thought I should do something more productive. For me it basically came down to what I enjoyed doing, $$$$ and something respectful.
