You need to consider how deep you are playing and what the stack-to-pot ratio (SPR) will be as this has a dramatic effect on your decisions.
e.g..
with shorter stack (<25bb) in tournament you can 3 bet looking to get it in (assuming you aren't on the bubble!)
deep (~100bb) in a tournament you can flat call and see a flop
very deep (~300bb) in a cash game you can 3 bet for value and see a flop

If I 3bet and I know 5 players will call, Is it worth it? If I didn't hit I should fold the hand, Maybe it's better to just call and if I hit no one thinks I'm aa? If you think otherwise I'd be happy to explain (depth 200 to 400 bb)

Omaha is a bit of a feel game. You need to be prepared mentally for big highs and big lows.

Simple answer is no---
1 pair hands do not win in PLO often enough by the river.
5 V calling means 1 or 2 Ace could be dead
5 V calling means they have board coverage on every board as a group
Which means we have no idea what flop composition is good for us 95% of the time yet we will be playing a huge pot post flop

In Omaha, as in any other form of poker, there are many strategies that can be used to achieve success. Key points include choosing the right starting hands, being able to evaluate outs and position, and being able to read your opponents.

I play occasionally. In this form of poker, I believe that patience is important in waiting for the right hands and situations. A good starting hand is essential. bluffing in this form carries a significant risk.
