I do drink when I play poker especially live but most people would be surprised to know what I drink. I tend to drink chocolate milk when I play poker live. The reason why is quite simple it keeps me from getting dehydrated but the milk actually allows you to play longer without getting hungry and the one thing that's very distracting to me is when I get hungry. How to be honest I started doing this probably about 10-12 years ago when I was playing in a tournament at Foxwoods casino. When they came around to ask what people wanted the guy ordered chocolate milk and I ordered the same thing and I'm like can't believe you got any chocolate milk and he told me why he did it and I've been doing it ever since because he was right nothing worse then getting really hungry and distracted when you're playing. Even when playing at the World Series of poker in the Rio what was I drinking chocolate milk. Now they give you all the laugh if I'm on the edge of being knocked out or it's turn it's over I like to have a tequila sunrise go figure that one out.
