Lately I’ve been working hard on controlling tilt during tough sessions. Sometimes after a bad beat or a few coolers in a row, I can feel my emotions start to take over — and I know that’s when the real danger begins.
I’ve been trying short breaks, deep breaths, and even switching to hand reviews instead of continuing to play.
