Check, bet, or fold, with subsequent players choosing call, raise, or fold (literally no one folds this round, that would be crazy pants). Then the 2nd round begins: the next player going clockwise flips their cards until they can beat the 1st player's card. They have to keep turning up cards until they beat the previous player's "hand".
