If you could interview any poker player (living or dead), who would it be?

Phil Ivey. I would ask him, ‘What would you do differently if you were starting from scratch today?

I would love to pick the brain of Doyle Brunson, Stu Ungar and Johnny Moss, I'm always fascinated by the old time poker tales.

I would like to interview the best player, to get more experience, unfortunately I don't have time left to watch live game programs, so I have no names to say of any good player, maybe henceforth yes.

For me it would be one of 2 players. Doyle Brunson and or Kristen Foxen

Doyle would be a fascinating story of the past and old time poker.

Kristen Foxen would be my #1 choice. She is not just a great and number 1 bets female player in the world, She is easily one of the best poker players in the world. Just the story's alone she could tell would be amazing but picking her poker player mind would be something totally amazing. Also kind of have a crush on her too.

Daniel Negreanu in my case as he's an 'old school' poker legend that didn't mind getting back to study a lot to battle the new generation in the big games... I mean, with how much he made he could just relax and enjoy in luxury the rest of his life(he's not that young anymore), still he does vlogs/interviews/podcasts and he's always respectful and tries he's best to share the wisdom archived from so many years of grinding... this to me shows how much love he still has for the game and even though he was involved in some controversies over the years IMO he always tried he's best to grow poker and he's one of the reasons for it's success... DNegs is a legend I'd love to discuss/ask different things - not just poker related things...

If I had the chance to interview any poker player, I would choose Daniel Negreanu. Not just because of his results, but because of how openly he talks about the mental and strategic side of the game.

What I find most interesting about him is his ability to explain complex poker concepts in a simple way. I’d love to ask him how his thinking has evolved over the years, especially with the rise of solvers and tougher competition. Another topic I’d want to explore is mindset—how he deals with long downswings and stays motivated after decades in the game.

An interview like that wouldn’t just be entertaining; it could be genuinely educational for players at all levels.
