For me, it was definitely understanding position and hand selection. I used to play way too many hands early on, and it took a while before I realized how much position changes everything.

I’m still learning every day, but I’m curious — what was the toughest poker concept for you to truly “get”?

Reading opponents in online games is one of my biggest challenges to date.

Hey there,
being able to make big laydowns and feeling great, even if you lose money or some chips. You know, its not just a fold, its a game changer, when youre able for that at the right time. There are times, when you have to fold your big hands, even pre flop and you have to go through different Tournaments and also up and downs to understand that point.
But i guess and thats for everyone: If you take it serious, you will get to that point.

Good Luck,
Natox

I still am challenged by bet sizing, especially on streets after the flop.

Bet sizing. When I first started playing a standard c-bet was 1/2 pot. I blame Dan Harrington for that. These days with, everything we've learned from solvers, we know that one size does not fit all
situations. Doug Polk said it best, "Our small bets weren't small enough and our big bets weren't big enough". It's fair to say that I do a lot of mixing up of bet sizes now and my game has improved accordingly.
