I know that this is the most Cliche answer possible, but Daniel Negreanu is simply my favorite player. He might not be the best player, and sure, sometimes his reads are wrong (or right, but he still makes the wrong call anyway, lol). But what i truly like about him is how he always steals the spotlight, and not in an annoying way like other pros such as Tony G or even Phil Hellmuth.... He is honestly charming and very fun.

Also, seeing his streams when he plays online poker is one of the wildest things ever, because he behaves 180° different as he does on live poker... because on live poker he behaves professionally, gentlemanly... but online he cusses, talks crazy talk, gets tilted, throws stuff around... kinda like me lol. Hes just great.

Good morning,
i would also pick Fedor. When i was new to Poker, this guy was just one of many with lots of money and perhaps that necessary luck. Now with more experience and after a lot of reserches (also read his book) i think he is just a genius. Sure, we could never rule out the possibility that he ultimately became rich through a bit of luck. The Money and his achivements are only the peak.
If you hear him talk you really feel, this guy is honest and has the right attitude towards life. This is essential for success. His tireless will to improve and just keep going makes him unique. He follows his own path, even now as an entrepreneur.

No idols but I like the 3 Phil's(Helmuth, Ivey and Galfond) a lot. If I had to choose just one of them it would Galfond as he's one of the most respected amongst his peers, great player in all poker variations and is really knowledgeable and smart not just at poker but at business and in real life off the table. He also one of the most honest poker players you'll find.
