Emotional control. Good hand reading matters, but if you tilt or lose focus, you can’t use your skills properly. Staying calm gives you the biggest long-term edge.

Emotional control for sure, the most important things is controlling the controllable, if I get it in with the best hand and I lose on the river, it is what it is, I can't do anything, but I can control how I react, am I going to go crazy and go all-in next hand because I'm tilted or I'm I going to be logical,control my emotions and wait for the best spot? That's what's really important

Definitely emotional control. Nowadays I rarely get on tilt anymore (also because I play a lot less than a few years ago), but when I've started to play I've lost so many bankrolls due tilt.

I don't think emotional control is enough to progress your results on its own, but hand reading def is

Emotional control allows you to stick to correct frequencies, avoids overbluffing and overcalling, reduces ego- and frustration-driven mistakes, and maintains long-term consistency.
Improving pure “hand reading” usually leads to only marginal gains.

Definitely emotional control. Hand reading matters, but if you tilt, lose focus, or let ego take over, you can’t apply your knowledge properly. I can’t control the cards, only my reactions — and in the long run, that’s where the real edge comes from.

Discipline would be the biggest advantage for me. I would just like to become more disciplined. I can do everything else myself. Discipline is a key factor in gambling. Disciplined players play patiently, analyze the game, learn from their mistakes, and most importantly, don't spend more than they can afford.
