or reset a new bankroll
change goals
change limits

Study more- review your hands to access your decision-making, fix your leaks, our discover you played properly and it is all just variance and that will help you stay focused and confident.
Post your bad beats in the bad beat area- post other hands in the right forum and see if others may share insights with you
Focusing on study keeps your mind rational and allows you to look at the hand dynamics instead of the outcomes.
