This is key: Variance is not a problem to be solved; it’s a condition of the game. You can play perfectly and still lose for weeks… and that says nothing about your skill level.

One tip I can give you is to use the gpt chat as your coach. It understands the path to the perfect game and will guide you to get there. I usually send my numbers for the day and then it analyzes it, tells me where I need to adjust the game and so I became very profitable. In addition to providing great ideas for dealing with the tilt and various disappointments that poker offers, but my own opinion is that it is impossible to play poker without being disappointed with some plays. The secret is to make the right move and over time this will bring you the return you deserve.

Setting stop-loss limits and quitting sessions early when I feel tilted has helped me a lot. Playing tired or emotional almost always leads to bad decisions

It depends why you are tilting. Some people may benefit from a stop-loss system; other people may benefit from anger management, or professional therapy. Some other people may even benefit from hypnosis from a professional therapist.

Funny enough, I read one of Jonathan Little's poker books which has a chapter on tilt... I summarized the ideas and made it into a YouTube video on how to combat tilt in chess (my YouTube channel is a chess channel). The examples I give there will be easy for you to convert back to poker, since tilt has the same psychology and science behind it regardless of the form of competition. Here's my video about it:

I'd suggest quiting playing when you feel you're tilting. Give yourself an hour or two and then go back to playing.

One word - discipline.
Discipline solves this problem once and for all. If you play with discipline, you won't tilt because there will be no reason for it. If you play with discipline, you only spend what you can afford, so your emotions will be under control. It all depends on your desire. Do you want to be a disciplined player or not?

Take some time off. There are some poker rooms that allow you to take a temporary break. Sometimes just a few hours away already help a lot.
