I hate to nit-pick buuut C-bet is not a preflop study point---However, imagining what boards are good for your range prior to seeing the flop is a great preflop study technique. It really helps to look beyond your hand and reflect on all the hands you could have and use that to decide what boards you will bet post flop even if you miss your hand.
