In my opinion, the most common mistake is playing too many hands without discipline and not respecting position. A lot of players also don’t know when to fold, call too much out of curiosity, and end up putting themselves in bad spots. On top of that, many players lack emotional control, go on tilt easily after losing a big hand, and don’t follow proper bankroll management, which hurts any chance of long-term success.
