At first, I thought there was no difference between these two disciplines, but after playing both, I realized that they are different. By doing the same actions, you win in one game and lose in the othe

If you handle cash game inevitably you will have a good edge in tournaments

Cash could be better to grind, but nowadays I think cheaters and bot rings also tend to concentrate in this modality because its much easier to get in and get out, much faster to profit with good hits and also much harder to be tracked since there's not a whole tournament field watching you closely.

With all that being said, MTT tends to be more reasonable.
