Playing 4 I timed out a few times. Not often but it happened. Folded KQ, JJ and 10 10 preflop due to not acting in time as well as about 20 junk hands in a 5 hour session.

I also cost myself chips in other ways.

My redline (the money won when you bet and others fold) took a nosedive. I found myself playing more passively in general, and I was missing many opportunites where you can pick up chips with a little aggression here and there. It was much harder to notice these opportunities. My percentage of hands won was lower than usual.

In at least one hand I cost myself a stack by not having time to think back through the way a hand had played out so far as I was involved in hands at 2 other tables. Called all in with an overpair when villain had a set. Often it's unavoidable but this time it really was.

I don't know how people do double figures. How can you remember the preflop action, the flop action, the turn action, take into account position, stack sizes and what kind of player villain is while actively involved in 7 hands at once?  It's crazy to me.
