I played on GGPoker for about three weeks and made around $9k profit, with my total balance being roughly $12k. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly frozen, and an “investigation” began.
I obviously wanted to fully cooperate, because I have nothing to hide, and I thought this was just a misunderstanding that could be cleared up quickly. But after about two and a half weeks, they started asking me the exact same questions again and again, and even pressuring me with different threats to answer in the way they wanted, instead of the truth. That was the point when I first decided to seek legal help.
Then, after 32 days, I received an email stating that the investigation had concluded, that my account was permanently closed, but that I could withdraw my balance. The cashier team asked me to provide a crypto wallet address and assured me in writing that my withdrawal would be processed within 24 hours.
I immediately sent them my USDC address, and they confirmed it was in the queue. But nothing happened within 24 hours. When I followed up, they replied again — this time saying it would take a minimum of 10 business days. This directly contradicts not only their written assurance to me, but also their own Terms and Conditions, which state withdrawals should take no longer than 72 hours in exceptional cases.
As of today, my funds have been held for 35 days — including 3 full days after the investigation was officially closed and I was told I could withdraw my money. The last email I received from them was the one from the cashier team saying it would take “a minimum of 10 business days.” I of course replied to that, but never received any response. Since then I have also written to every other GGPoker contact I could find — cashier, help, complaints, KYC,security — and I have now been waiting two more days without a single reply from anyone.
My lawyer has already advised me that this is a breach of their own Terms and Conditions, and we are preparing further action if the funds are not released. But I’m curious: has anyone else here experienced something similar with GGPoker? Can you contact me please?
