I am what Mr. Nero would call a difficult customer. I call out their bull whenever I see it. which of course gets the standard sorry for your luck response. But yesterday I was trying to buy into the jackpot sit and go and normally it takes you to the table to wait for game to start.  This time it did not. So I thought maybe I grazed the wrong icon. Then all the sudden right before I tried to buy into a normal sit and go I had three games start at once. 
I'm new so I can't play two at the same time let alone three.  But I bought in I was going to try. But the tab I can use to switch rooms was not working. The tab right next to it was for check fold or bet. 
I contacted the site and let them know. It took all day for them to get back to me and today when I logged in I have zero freerolls available. site wide. Normal I can search for them in the search bar. But I input freeroll and get no matches. 
When I first started at global not long ago. I was told to bet to my right only call to me left. Meaning newer players were placed to the right more veterans players to the left. This switches after you realize you are onto it. 
  Now that I am veteran though I get raised to all the time by new names or people I know for a fact are new and still they'll win. But when I just started I couldn't raise to a older player or Imy raise provided them their card. 
But today's issue takes the cake. I hav spent a fair amount for f money with this site. But it is clear the site is rigged to keep everyone's money. And will never get mine back.
