I notice that i have PVI 0.5 with Fish Platinum, if i want to increase my rank to higher rank, will PVI deducted my points or deducted start only when i stop on platinum?

PVI is probably an illegal practice where you live. Most regulators aren't aware of the scam,if players don't have the same conditions it's not a fair game.

Whafs happening is that you always only get a fraction of the fish points that you are advertised that you would be getting, which means you will get connend out of a few dollar up too thousands of dollars.

It's literally a scam
