Help with verifying accounts at poker rooms

I would like some help on how I am verifying the documents, because they always reject my documents. The only poker room I selected is on pokerstars.com

Good afternoon everyone. Answering the question, the best way to verify your documents on poker rooms, in this case PokerStars, is by submitting the documents they request. For example, a utility bill such as water, electricity, or telephone that is in your name. If this document is in your name and you submit your identification documents and all required paperwork, you will not have any problems. The only issue is when these bills are not in your name; in that case, they will be rejected. If they are in your name, they will be accepted. I have never had any problems verifying an account on any site. The documents they request, I always submit in my own name. They must be in your name.

You are going to have to give some specifics for why they are rejecting your documents. Are you photographing them with a potato?

Submit the documents they ask for and they must be in your name and not expired. Typically they ask for a drivers license with photo/or other photo ID(preferably govt issued) and utility bill/power bill with your name and current address on it.

Por exemplo, uma conta de serviços públicos, como água, luz ou telefone, que esteja em seu nome. Se o documento estiver em seu nome e você enviar seus documentos de identificação e toda a documentação necessária, não terá problemas. A única questão é quando essas contas não estão em seu nome; nesse caso, elas serão rejeitadas. Se estiverem em seu nome, serão aceitas. Nunca tive problemas para verificar uma conta em nenhum site. Os documentos solicitados, eu sempre envio em meu próprio nome. Eles precisam estar em seu nome.

Eu envio os meus documentos tudo certinho. Tudo no meu nome, porém eles alegam que querem CNH ou Passaporte, porém infelizmente não possuo nenhuma dessas opções, apenas o meu RG e mesmo assim rejeitam.

Entre em contato com eles pelas redes sociais, especialmente pelo "X". Ouso dizer que o PokerStars tem o pior suporte de todas as salas de poker.

If they reject your documents, there must be a reason, and they should tell you what it is. There could be many reasons, such as photos taken in poor lighting or of insufficient quality. Perhaps the format of the documents you are submitting is not supported by the system. Find out the reason so that you understand what the problem is. Contact support and find out the reason, this will be your first step in the right direction.

For sure they gave some kind of reason for rejecting your documents like:

* Unclear picture or copy
* Not in your name
* Expired
* Wrong type
* Etc.

So just correct, whatever the problem is, and try again. If you are underage or made an account using false credentials, then there is no solution, since you are not supposed to do that. Thats the whole point of verification in the first place

I didn't have this kind of problem at party poker. If they don't accept your documents, try contacting their support team; I believe they'll resolve the issue.

You should ask them, what specific document they rejecting...Ask if they want another picture of that document or something esle...😉
