How to play active promo freerolls on GGPoker?

hello everyone, someone understand how its possible to participate in GG's freerolls that are active now in the new promotion?

I wrote them several emails to understand all the details. For the daily tournaments (they're twice a day) you have to play 100 hands. That's the easy part. For the weekly tournaments you have to play 1000 hands, but the same day. They don't say that part in their promotion. I thought it's 1000 hands a week. Anyway, those 1000 hands need to be played from 8 AM to 7 59 the next day, but depending where you live the hours might differ.
