Mr o casino won’t pay what he owes me I need help!

So I won $2000 at Mr. O online casino and it took about two weeks for me to have to search out somebody with the gambler authority people to get them to pay me and they finally paid me but they only paid me $1651 so they still owe me $349 they are trying to say that my over betting which never happened until I did the withdrawal I did the play through, which was like a lot and I did it and then I did the withdrawal and then I left $171 in there and that’s what I gambled with freely because that’s what I thought I could do because in the terms and conditions that they have on the coupon on their website does not state that you can’t do that after a withdrawal it might say that somewhere in small letters somewhere in a hidden spot on their website that’s hard to read anyways so that way they can rip people off at the end if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it because it’s getting rude and disrespectful and petty at this point and nobody will respond to any of my emails.

Why play at all sorts of suspicious casinos, there are pokerstars and 888 poker, and you don’t need to go anywhere else.Many people look for adventure and then complain, they didn’t pay, the withdrawal methods don’t work.

That's super frustrating to read. I’ve had a smaller issue once where a withdrawal got delayed for days, but not to this extent. Definitely sounds like something fishy going on. Did you try escalating it beyond regular support? Sometimes posting publicly on their socials can get faster attention.

Take what you got and be thankful. I’ve never heard of them before this post so I’d be surprised to get paid at all.

Is it your winnings. Sure. Is it out if pocket. Nope. Don’t let this keep you up at night…it’s not worth the stress. Use your winnings in more reputable sites that have no issues paying out. I’m sure people on this site can recommend sites based on their experience but I don’t think any of them can help you collect your unpaid winnings. (Not sure many on this site have ever heard of Mr Os!)

Idk.....lesson to be learned here is NEVER play at a casino or poker room no one has ever heard of. I've been around 20+ years playing poker and doing a bit of online betting and playing blackjack. Never heard of that casino. I'd be thankful I got anything if I was you.

My advice never play anywhere unless researching the site thoroughly or at least asking the good people of this forum. They'll happily help you find a good, and pretty safe place play.

Congrats on the win — but wow, that casino's behavior sounds shady. You did your part and they’re using hidden fine print to short you. Hope you can escalate it further or report them — you deserve the full payout.

You know what would be cool? If you can withdraw, then play with the same amount/it doesn't matter whether you win or lose + you have the same amount at your account that will wait for you. Boom - triple win hahahha, sorry for this post to all, this was stronger than me! 👼
