SnGIcons and SitNGoGrinders are good training video sites that you can look into(also many of the big sites have some SnG vids on them as well). Collin Moshman has a book, Sit'N'Go Strategy that is very good and I would recommend to any serious SnG player. Ask dakota, she is part of Team Moshman ;).
