Hi every1!

Just going my way through bounty tournmants and I have this doubt.

If in the final table we get an agreement to split the prizes (on pokerstars for example they have this option) how would the bountys be distributed?

You just get full prize for your bounties or how is that calculated?

Thanks and sory for this noob question.

The top 2 prizes are so close to being a Split that this is not really worth arguing about, If however there were 3 or more players wanting to split then it makes a bigger difference, but in any event you would still have to continue playing for the Bounties. They cannot be split.
I generally don't bother splitting Prize money unless my opponent ask's first then depending on Chip stack sizes I do consider splitting, but I don't like being taken for a mug and if I have a much bigger chip stack then the game goes on, or the split would have to be related to stack size and not a true 50/50 split.

You play on after the deal and play for the bounties
Exactly this. In a normal MTT, once a deal has been made, there is nothing more to play for, so you can move on to other tasks. But in a PKO you still have to play out, and for that reason I essentially never engage in deals in PKOs.

If it is a tournament with reward those that you have achieved do not enter into an agreement this is done with the distribution of the prize pot

If you make a deal (or chop, as many players call it) I'm a bounty tournament, everyone keeps their full bounty

I think you would just be making a deal to split the non-bounty prize money

Well, help me out in the mathematics but just keeping the bounties would be very cool for pokerstars because they wouldnt lose the 50% increase on the bounty.

Hi every1,
I am very sory for this dumb/stupid question but here it goes:
Just wondering how normaly on sites and live events the loss money in bounty's work.
For example, if you have 2 players playing 400$ bounty tournmant, 200$ will be deducted to bountys and you will get 100$ actual bounty.
So, when one of the players is eliminated, the winer will get 100$ + 50$ of the 50% bounty of the first.
But in reality the money assigned for bountys is 400$(200+200). So 62% of the money for the bounties wont be paid.
What happens to this huge amount of money? Is it recalculated for the normal prizepool, does the owner of the plattforms keep it as extra profit?
I really apreciate bountys and now they seem so bad choice.
Thanks and sory if this makes no sence to you.
