Play a lot and tightly aggressively,and choose tournaments fast and hyper fast

If you don't have much experience, take it slow. Don't play aggressively just for the sake of it. You need to be able to see or understand when and against whom you can play aggressively. There are things you learn over time, but I think that to start, playing tight is best, and then you adjust your game as you learn about your opponents.
