my name is Dragos I'm from Romania and I'm just starting out with poker, I also need an answer I played a hyper $5 tournament on gg, and I had a hand where I had Q6 suited/8,8bb I was in the last 24, and I chose to bag Q6 sut versu big blind, is it right, is it wrong? I look forward to your feedback, thank you

In the final moments of tournaments you should play less risky to gain the place unless youre on the edge. It’s better to wait and fold a lot cuz time plays on your advantage.

There's some missing information. How many players are left in the prize pool? And what position were you in at the table? Small blind?

It's probably a pure shove from late positions, but I believe you need something stronger like Q9s to do it from early position.

Well yeah need more info, ... generally looking for something better than Q6s

but a lot of info is missing here, you would get better responses and

it would be more helpful if you could post the hand history so it's more clear👍

That play is wrong in my opinion. Even with Q6 suited, you should wait for a higher hand or one with better odds to go all-in on the bubble. Q8+ suited would be good because it also connects to a straight. The more options you have to hit a better hand than a pair or a high card, the more beneficial it will be for you.
