Preflop
A bit like the JJ hand you dont always have to put in the 4-bet with AK, although solvers do 4-bet a lot with AKs as a sort of balance. But from human players a BB 3-betting range is usually much stronger than a SB 3-betting range, and you are not loving it, if he jam or 5-bet in some way. The 4-bet is ok though, and luckily he just call.

Flop
As played I like checking back this flop, because its a way ahead way behind situation. By checking back you open the door for him to do something stupid on the turn, and if he check again, you can make a delayed C-bet.

Turn
This is exactly the kind of action, you were hoping to induce. Not much point in leaving him $0,49 behind for the river. So stick it in and expect to be ahead the vast majority of the time. If he actually had trips or better, he would usually be afraid to lose his customer, so he would not come out blasting like this and basically press the "pot" button.

I think this is fine post flop.

Preflop, it's also basically fine, but a couple of comments:
1. At 2NL some people are only 3betting AA and KK, so make sure you know your opponent is 3 betting wider before putting in the 4bet.
2. Your 4bet size is too big, no need to make it so large, especially v a small 3bet (and v a 97bb villain). You would rather have a bit more stack depth, give villain a worse price on a jam and put his more marginal hands in a tough spot. I think between 19-22bb would be better here.

You played the hand perfectly. The main thing is that from time to time we can also call a 3-bet in position the same ratio of our 4-bet preflop.
If villain has us preflop or postflop no problem, we still have equity to play versus AA and KK.

In this limit the pre-flop is very correct, but i will bet on flop, but your play is not a mistake

I don't think there's anything intrinsically wrong with the way you played your hand. The only consideration I'd have is that AQ is also consistent with the way villain played the hand, so if I know that villain bets the turn only with a made hand then I'd think more about it.
