It's so hard to win with AA. Some guy raised and I just shoved 100bb (Doing my best Phil Laak impression) and got called by QJ... I started laughing uncontrollably when he flopped a full house.

In a home game the other day a guy laid down AA against me on a K92r board to a smallish c bet. I was like wtf you folding that there for as I obviously had K9... Soul read...

jfc belgo 7.6k hands today? nice

The nice thing about volume is that I ran KK into AA all in preflop 4 times today. That's always fun... well, it was ok since I sucked out twice, but still.

Wrong thread. Post this here: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/tournament-poker-59/magnificent-march-mtt-thread-193515/

well, i know it nicer to post it here, but at least don't call those mtts. The technical term for those is "lol donkaments".

The fact that these tournament posts keep appearing in this thread is an indication that our mod is derelict in his duties.

I think the punishment for this should be 3 spoilers (like the 3 Ghosts of Christmas)

Btw: dude in the pic above is not me but if this guy was about 8" taller and had hazel green eyes he would look a fair amount like I did when I was in my late 20's. Even though I am half Irish/ Half German I am often asked if I am Polish or Russian or Ukranian.

True story: about 20 years ago I'm walking down 1st Ave in the East Village when all of a sudden this old man runs up to me and throws his arms around me and starts kissing my cheeks while spewing forth some slavic language at a frenetic rate . A young guy, roughly my age comes up and sheepishly apologizes and after several minutes of trying to pry me from the old mans's grasp and yelling back in the same language explains to me that the man thought I was his long lost son from the Ukraine, I politely stood there and showed my American-ness, took out my driver's license and told him enough about my name and heritage to finally convince him that i was not in fact, his son. Upon realization of which he burst into sobs. I felt really bad for the guy and told the young guy, look let's get this guy settled down and go get a drink. The guy, whose name escapes me after these years led all 3 of us around the corner to a basement bar name Veselka which was a Ukranian workingmen's bar. It was the kind of place that you'd expect Mickey Rourke's character from Barfly to inhabit, just a bar, some stools, several booths with worn, ripped naugahide seats, a pool table and a juke box. There couldn't have been more than 3 old men in there when we arrived. They bought me lots of shots of vodka while I asked him questions about his son. Apparently his son was a Seaman on a Black Sea Freighter and jumped ship while docked in Salonika in the 1970's and was never heard from again. After the Soviet Union collapsed the old guy, a widower came to the USA, thinking he'd find him here. He never found him but ended up staying as there was nothing left for him in the Old Country. I don't know how long I was in that bar but finally the old man stood up, apologized through his interpreter, bowed and the two of them left. I stayed awhile longer listening to the Doors on the jukebox and having a few more drinks.By the time I left I was blind drunk. For days afterward I was haunted by the image of this old man kissing me and crying and sobbing. I never did go back to Veselka, though.

That's all you got?

She's not a tranny either. I can PM pics of her that very much prove her gynecological status.

No, I think I fold. I only call turn because I have implied odds to draw for the board to pair. He always has the flush here, imo.
