I bet you spew all over your key board if it went chk/chk river :p

Yeah, pretty much. But I really can't bet the river myself without shouting "I has boat, I has boat", can I? And Mekhi likes to bet, ime.

yeah, more or less. I'm a bit short on BRM at FT lately after cashing out quit a bit, so I can't really afford to play too deep.

New to this rakeback thing, great so far. Ordering the bathrobe affected it by like $12 or something minor. Does using the medals affect it much ?

Using medals doesn't affect it at all unless you buy cash bonuses. Cash bonuses are deducted at full value from your MGR making them worth 73% of their face value after the rb hit.

Ah ok. So I can buy tourney tickets without any hit I assume, or is that considered "cash".

So, with these steps tickets, can you register for a tourney, unregister and get money in your account? And what are Tournament dollars? Can they be used for ring games?

Tourney tickets don't hit your MGR if purchased with IM medals or FTP Academy points. Tourney tickets are by far the best value use of IM medals if you can stomach playing tourneys.

If you unregister you don't get cash, you get a ticket back. T$ are like money that can only be spent to buy into tourneys. T$ are generally won in satties on FTP and can not be cashed out or transferred.

I didn't realize this but it looks like they do convert them for a 5% fee.

So I could buy a $ 26 step ticket, register for an event, unregister get the T bucks and then convert to cash???/

No. Tickets can not be converted to cash. T$ only.

If you buy in with a ticket and unregister you will just get the ticket back.
