The elder statesman of the game, he never fails to carry himself with grace, dignity, and good humor. It was pure Doyle when he lost his temper after a bust-out in season one of High Stakes Poker and called Ted Forest "that idiot", only to take advantage of the first on-air opportunity in season two to apologize to Ted face-to-face across the table.
